Despite the plethora of recipes, information, and ways of doing Keto (clean keto/dirty keto/everything in between), most people find it super helpful to be guided and supported to make sure they're doing it in a healthy way. Too much information leads to overwhelm, and therefore procrastination and discouragement. You can have all the information in the world, but if you don't know how to go about implementing it and have a plan, you're success may be limited.

Don't worry! The Ketogenic Diet is NOT a high protein diet like the Atkins diet, but rather it is a high-fat, moderate protein, low-carb way of eating. While there are many variations of the Ketogenic diet, this program focuses on "clean Keto", and for this reason it is healthier and more sustainable. We will be focusing on a healthy, alkaline way of eating while reducing your carbohydrate consumption so that your body can get into "ketosis" and shift your metabolism into becoming a fat-burner and eventually fat-adapted.
Don't worry! The Ketogenic Diet is NOT a high protein diet like the Atkins diet, but rather it is a high-fat, moderate protein, low-carb way of eating. While there are many variations of the Ketogenic diet, this program focuses on "clean Keto", and for this reason it is healthier and more sustainable. We will be focusing on a healthy, alkaline way of eating while reducing your carbohydrate consumption so that your body can get into "ketosis" and shift your metabolism into becoming a fat-burner and eventually fat-adapted.
I'm not sure I can handle all that fat.
While the Ketogenic diet focuses on consuming approximately 75% dietary fats, it does not mean that three-quarters of the food on your plate is fat. It simply means that 75% of your total CALORIES will come from healthy fats as outlined in your program. Because fats are more calorie dense than other foods, it really doesn't take that much. If you initially have difficulty digesting more fats than you're used to, this program makes suggestions on how to assist your body during the transition.
