Private health coaching is for those women who want one-on-one personalized attention. Your program will be a more focused and guided approach to health and healing based on your individual needs and goals.  By working with me, you'll acquire the skills and tools you will need to live happier and healthier, and you will learn to use them everyday for the rest of your life.


First, we'll identify your health concerns and discuss the goals you would like to set for yourself. We'll also dive into any obstacles that may be preventing you from taking action, and create a plan to help you move forward and finally take control of your health.


Then, during your program, we will create a customized plan together, in a step-by-step way, so that you are able to make gradual, sustainable changes that help you to reach these goals, and make you feel better and look better than ever.

Together, we will look at your current diet and lifestyle habits, explore ways to upgrade your food and nutrition, and identify other aspects of your life that may be contributing to your current health issues.
